Dimensions of MINI unviersal quick attach plate ?

Hello,
i have the standard universal quick attach dimension sheet, SAEJ2513,
but it does not show the added bottom holes for a mini.

I have a commercially produced plate with those holes, so did measure it up,
but would like to find the real, toleranced spec.
