Dimensions of Deere 190E and/or 490E bucket cylinders please

I am looking at possibly using a 190E or 490E bucket cylinder on my mechanical thumb. They look to be about what I need, but I would like to know the dimensions of them. I am looking to use one of them on my 130 excavator and I just don't want it to be too small. I'll be making brackets and pins, so that doesn't matter too much, looking for rod diameter, barrel diameter, and pin center to center dimensions.
