Deere 444H parking brake won't release. No trans function.

I have a deere 444H that the parking brake won't release on and has no transmission function. New TCU, New CCU, New Instrument cluster/MDU. New FNR Switch. Fuses have been checked. These have yielded no results and the new display still shows dashes and will not reconfigure. F1653 and F1655 are present under codes. No CCU can transmit and No TCU can transmit. Wiring has been gone through numerous times but some voltages at certain points have yet to be check.
