If I'm on this forum and go to the link for Heavy Truck Forums and click on HTF the screen turns red and
says deceptive web site ahead. I started using that route because just typing in Heavy Truck Forums on
my browser and clicking on it would bring up a porn site sometimes -sometimes not. I and one other
member have had that problem. So now I can't even get on HTF from here.

The link in my post does the same. I'll bring it to the attention of our tech.

    Thanks,

This sounds vaguely familiar... I seem to remember a virus a while back that was hitting quite a few of the VBulletin powered forums I visit. If I recall it would exploit the SQL database backend... This may be a new iteration of the exploit and once you visited the site it would lodge a cookie on the client among other things dependent on the OS, once the cookie was set visits would seem normal but certain things were routed through 3rd party sites. Can't remember if it was 100 percent server induced or a shared 'binary' type virus...

We're in the process of upgrading the software to this format to take care of the problem.
