Dash lights

Hello all, first post here.
I have a 2018 Cat 903C2 compact loader and never got an owners manual with it, I have these lights on the dash shortly after start up, do you know what these are indicating?
The red light is flashing and the two amber lights are on steady.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Post a Serial Number please. That will help identify the correct Operation & Maintenance Manual reference. You can go online and download one for around US$50.
The Serial Number may also give an idea if the instrument panel can be used to determine Diagnostic Codes.

Yellow exclamantion point - Engine Failure/Malfunction Alert
Red exclamation point - Action Indicator
Last one - Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Caution alert.

The apprropriate Operation & Maintenance Manual is SEBU9372. It covers all machines of MW8-prefix from first built.
A pdf copy can be donwloaded from Cat for US$52. A CD is the same price, in paper form it's $61. The last two would both be subject to S&H + whatever taxes you would have to pay to import into Canada.

Been checking for how to pull Diagnostic Codes on this machine. Unfortunately there is no way to do it via the dash panel or even the goold old "bit of bent wire in the Harness Code Plug connector". It's Cat ET diagnostic software or nothing. So that means you either have to get the local dealer involved or alternatively a local independent mechanic who has ET.

My suspicion based on the warning lights is that something is amiss with the DPF. Can't say further than that though.
