D4H suction screen and magnets

I need to clean the suction screen/ magnets on my 8PB06217 D4H.
I have the O&M and it doesn't include that part.
I see the screen here

And from this picture, it looks like the rear cover has to come off. Is there an O-ring? Is it heavy? Where do I drain it?


I am extremely unfamiliar with this machine.

Book points in general direction for drain.
Book says remove bottom cover. No picture, though.

Drop belly pan and take plate #12 off.
Plug on bottom of tub.

So, did you ever get the transmission out to clean the screen?
