Hi

Anyone ever removed cabs from cat cs563e rollers to fit into shipping containers? I have been asked to quote to strip 4 of them and fit into containers, not sure how many hours this would take?

Cheers

Problem is the controls are part of the cab. If you could get it in the container without driving it would not be much of a problem. The cab tilts - tilt it, disconnect the hydraulic lines, control cable, and electrical. Cat ships the 533E in containers but they are cab and ROPS free units so they can be driven into a container.
