Converting M10A forklift to IH 530 loader

The early 1980's military M10A forklift is based on an IH/Dresser 530 wheel loader. It looks to be the same except for the minor military requirements and the addition of the Hyster fork lift attachment. Anyone know what is involved in adding a bucket to the M10A? The curl cylinders look different- the forklift version will not pull all the way in- no need to dump the load off the front of the forks. What else?
