Change / Reset / Unlock radio frequency trimble sitenet 900

Hello every one,
sorry if put it on the wrong thread..
Recently i bought trimble sitenet900 from ebay USA. its for my customer anyway. And while they want to use it, they said the "frequency or radio" didnt "match". so the device cant communicated each other.

i need to ask about how to unlock/change this trimble sitenet900 radio frequency.
is there any special tool to handle this issue ?
any suggestion for link or contact that should i care ?

Really depends on the type of system they are running and the control box
