was looking at a th103 just for all around use from loading to lifting to digging, just wondering if the th460b is a better machine,or should i stick with the older machine less electronics. thanks Tim

My only experience with th TH103 was bad but I heard the TH460's were worse. Now that probably doesn't help you any.

I need to repair the parking brake on a TH-103, lever/ cable is adjusted up as far it will go and the brakes do not hold.

Do the axles need to be pull for brake disc replacement ???

Stay with the TH103 If you don't have deep pockets you will not like the 460. The 406 is a fine tractor but single machine owners can't work on them with out the computer.
