Cat d6r error code

Just done some repairs on my dozer 5LN01615, have a problem with the transmission it jams up sometimes and than frees when i select a different gear several times.
Tried calibration with an et but as i get started I'm getting an error code 0002,active diagnostic present.
There are no active codes showing and all logged codes have been rectified and erased!
Anyone know what this code means?
