I have a CAT 962G Loader S/N 5RS00219 i have connected CAT ET Dealer version and i am unable to go into Configuration Tool . I can access codes and clear ok .
do i need clicker box or is there a way with CAT ET ? Thanks.

If you can explain exactly what you are wanting to do it might help.

Which ECM are you trying to access.?
What happens when you click on the Service Menu on the top line.?
Does the small drop-down window containing the Configuration option appear.?
