My old 70 had airplane tires on the front and finally wore through the 4th or 5th set of cords. So I replaced them with military surplus radial 16.00x20s. The old tires I used 60lbs and put 60 in the new ones, of coarse they squat some being radials. Is 60lbs enough? What did Cat recommend originally?

That size of radial tire should be 80 to 90 PSI easy.
