CAT 305C CR Mini Excavator Hydraulic Issue

I have a CAT 305C CR mini excavator that started swinging freely to the left but won’t swing right with the control. I am getting a loud hydraulic hum which seems to put back pressure on the motor. Any suggestions on where to start on locating the problem?
