AC works but not to optimum. In the morning when it's relatively cool (70's) it blows 40 degree air. But in the late afternoon when it's in the 90's it only blows in the 60's?? I have check the refrigerant and have recharged it to specs. What else can I do?

Check the fresh air filter, ours gets gummed up when it gets wet and runs in dust.
