Cat 279C no heat

My Cat 279C has failed to create heat in the cab. The ac works fine but no heat.
Is there an electronic valve that controls fluid flow to the heater core?
Any help much appreciated.

I have a 299c there is a valve located next to heater core Mine was stuck open I had no ac Good luck finding one cat was totally backordered EVERYWHERE in us
