Case 641f derate

Hi !! I have a 2012 641F that's gone into derate. I currently don't have the case software (supposedly getting it next week, we'll see). The dash says Def/adblu injection failed. I've checked all fuses and relays as well as the injector connection (ground is good there) and I pulled the acm connector of and that was good. What is going on with this thing?? Thanks in advance for the help.
