case 580b shuttle ?

my hoe pulls good for about 30 min or so then starts getting slower until it wont move.i tore into it to clean torq tube and the screen was clean with a 1/4in of screen missing.i turned pump and it seems to b pumping,were do i check next?could it b screwed?i can also wene it stops pulling put shuttle in nuetral let hoe idle down for a min and sometimes-sometimes it will start pulling again but soon quits.

does the filter in front of radiator filter the shuttle fluid?does the shuttle fluid cool thriugh the radiator like a cars tranny?
