Case 321F Slows Down Abruptly

I just bought a used 2021 Case 321F compact wheel loader. It slows down extremely abruptly when taking my foot off the throttle. The previous owner had that issue looked at by their local Case dealer, but they were unable to fix it. It is usable, but jerky, and I'll be able to acclimate to it, but if it could be fixed, that would be even better. Anybody have any experience adjusting this or any other ideas?

@Vetech63, Thanks for the suggestion. I had wondered the same thing as it almost seemed like braking, so I checked. The pedal is completely free to move its full travel.

The travel limits of the brake pedal on this machine are on the underside of the cab floorboards, so it's easy to see if there is anything restricting its motion.

Thanks. I'll be taking it to my dealer to get a block heater installed and I've been trying to gather as much information and ideas for them as I can. My dealer has dozens of locations, so they might have more insight than the dealer previously serving it, but this is definitely something I'll share with them while they're looking at it.
