Case 1150C hyster winch controls

I bought an 1150c with a hyster winch. I can only figure out how to spoil it one direction. If too wound it would be going out. I'm thinking the problem is a combination of me having no idea how to work it and something bound up somewhere. 20190417_133839.jpg

Be sure that the trans mission forward and reverse levers are in one position or the other and the hi-lo lever is in lo. The transmission must have pressure to turn winch pump.

if I push the right lever forward and hold that while I use the left lever to bring up the pressure in the gauge to the green, then it spools out. Cant find a combo to wind in.
