Case 1150C hyster winch controls

I bought an 1150c with a hyster winch. I can only figure out how to spoil it one direction. If too wound it would be going out. I'm thinking the problem is a combination of me having no idea how to work it and something bound up somewhere.

Be sure that the trans mission forward and reverse levers are in one position or the other and the hi-lo lever is in lo. The transmission must have pressure to turn winch pump.

if I push the right lever forward and hold that while I use the left lever to bring up the pressure in the gauge to the green, then it spools out. Cant find a combo to wind in.
