Cant put EX200Lc-3 in limp mode

Hi I have a HITACHI EX200 LC-3. It stalls out when I try to lift load. I try to put it in limp mode by opening the plate at the bottom, turning the plate 180 and tried reinstalling but it only goes half way and stops. We ve removed the line from the pilot line and tried pushing it, but still it is still not able to push up.
Anyone has ideas that can help?
