If they are true snap ties and not just pencil rod, you should bend them 90 degrees, and then twist.
They will snap off about 3/4" back in the wall, and then you can fill with grout.
Some come with plastic cones, to make a funnel shaped hole.
maybe with a small wet bar
Aren't all bars wet bars? Is there such a thing as a dry bar?
They call it a wet bar if it has a sink.
