BOMAG BW216-DH SINGLE DRUM ROLLER

Any Bomag single drum Guru's here?

I got called in for a 2016 BOMAG BW216DH, EMR4 DEUTZ, with the problem crank no start. Operator says , there were codes 5100 and 5140 flasing on the dash. Previous mechanic came and plugged a scan, not sure what he did, it started again, no codes ran for an other hole day, turned of , next day cranking but no start.
I came , plugged a jaltest , just one active code ,, " SHUTOFF TIMER RELAY NOT IN CONTACT".

Just to be sure i checked the crankshaft/camashaft sensors and they are okay.
Normally a serdia software should be used on the bomag i think , but i have no acces to one .
Somebody knows where this relay is located?

The steps where you climb in to the cab open it and there should be a whole conglomeration of relays wires and connector

Yes, there is where you usually make a connection with the diagnostic tool. But i justy trying to understand the wiring map, because there is a fault code panel (cluster) , the deutz ECM and another bomag module that is also connected to the CANbus network.
i am wondering if there is a buildin safety in the cluster or bomag module thats is preventing it from starting.

Meantime i ordered a set of relays , and will be replacing all of them, but while waiting i am just rying to figure out if in case there is something else.

If it’s a deutz engine and not a K it has to have at least a certain amount of fuel pressure on the low side and if I’m correct it should fire up but if you are patient let me search through my Bomag material and I will get back with you
