I have A 2017 T590 Bobcat that will start but the rpm shows 0 in both the left display and the right deluxe display. It seem the ECU realizes it is running but the up front displays don't. This is causing the hour meter not to move forward, the BICS won't release, and the throttle control doesn't work. Any ideas on what may be going on?

does it have a speed sensor on the flywheel?

if it does, it would be located near the starter..
