Bobcat 463 drive belt idler pulley replacement

Hey guys appreciate your assistance, my bobcat idler pulley is rattling away & I think my drive belt also needs replacing there isn’t much space between the chassis & the pulley I can’t remove the old belt does anyone know if you can change the belt & idler pulley without removing pulleys or a bunch of other parts? Or if there is set procedure for replacing thanks in advance for any assistance

i dont believe you can remove the idler pulley and shaft with the engine/pumps still in the machine
