Bobcat 430 excavator bucket x-change

I cannot get the hydraulic x change to retract. Any ideas?

Seal are gone. you should see an external leak.

If an attachment is being used and you can`t get the hydraulic link to retract, then the holes that they expand and contract from could be binding...If the just won`t work then maybe a broken hose or some electrical problem Tony

I know on our bobcat s300 at work tge fuse has blown many times on the powertac. Id start there.
