Did you grease your swing bearing and swing pinion.

Centralized Greasing
For ease of servicing,
grease zerks for the
swing pinion, swing
bearing and offset
cylinder are in a
centralized location on the right front
corner of the excavator.

Did you solve/find the problem? Do you see grease around the turntable? Maybe the grease line broke or fell off...all the bolts tight (torqued according to manual) underneath cab?
