Blown headgasket question

I have a Kubota with a blown headgasket

Type: V2003-T-E1
Fam: XKBXL02.OFAD

No known cooling issue.
The skidsteer began pumping steam from the exhaust. The Op shut it down and the oil was drained. No emulsification but all the coolant above the head gasket eventualy drained to the pan.

I pulled the head. The ring had been pulled into the combustion chamber and struck by the piston. Secondarily, there is a brown deposit build up at the injection port only on this cyl.

Has anyone seen this sort of deposit or failure that can shed some light on why or what it might say about the head or injector etc...

Thanks
