I have a Biljax 3632T towable manlift that I am having issues with, neither the boom control box and the main control box will not light up at all, not even the battery status indicator. The batteries have a full charge and are showing 23v with a meter. Using a meter I am getting a reading of approx 16v on the back pins of the ignition inside the main control box. I'm thinking that there's something wrong with one of the main control boards but I'm hoping its something else. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks
