Not sure if there's someone else to load the trucks? I would think they must have a way to measure the weight or know when a truck is full. Could have been catastrophic failure too and everything in the bin just came crashing down.

Well, that would cost... money. I prefer to load myself if there are no scales than have someone who doesn't care or know what a load looks like in my truck load me.
