Need to perform inspection of Rexcon batch plant. Looking for general plant inspection sheet format to grade overall belt rollers hopper gearboxes etc. If anyone has any such information/forms/pdfs, any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated. I think most aggregate plants would be pertinent information.
