We have an Auto Crane 4004EH . Came on a service truck we purchases. Have had nothing but problems with it. Have sent the transmitter and controller off twice. Get it back in the mail today hook it up and only thing we can get the crane to do is winch cable up and down. Try to move boom up down extend nothing. No auto crane dealer in our area, Any pointers? Can hear it clicking like its getting the signal but wont budge. Thanks for any advice.

When you select an operation that isn't working, does the hydraulic motor come on? If it does, then the controller is not selecting the solenoid valve for that operation. I have found in the past that it is usually the wiring cable or the connector pins. Worth a check anyways.
