Hi folks,

I have had a recurring problem with an ASV PT110. It’s been overheating when drilling, and my customer uses high flow. I’ve been trying to find this problem for months, and have not yet been able to catch it “in the act”. Until now, apparently. It just started today (I haven’t looked at it today yet), when doing any high flow, not just drilling, it bogs down. RPMs drop, engine labors, machine pressures out. Take it out of high flow, all is well. I’m thinking this is my overheating problem finally showing something I can see. I’m thinking solenoid valve in a control block is not doing it’s job. Maybe a valve is only moving part way, and causing the pressure out. Is there a control block / valve that only controls high flow? What do ya think?
