Anyone ever grind rumble strips with a regular skid steer planer attachment?

Just wondering is it possible to grind rumble strips with a regular skid steer planer attachment? :confused: I see some companies make dedicated rumble strip grinder attachments for skid steers but is it not possible to do it with a normal planer? Just paint marks on the road/shoulder where to make the bumps..? :confused:
