Completely new to the heavy equipment world, so I'm a little lost!
I have a used 289D CAT. I recently went out of town and came back to a dead battery. I wasn't aware of the battery drain issues on heavy equipment, but I was able to jump it off with my F350. When I parked the machine it was running perfectly. No issues or codes. That I'm aware of.
Is it possible that I damaged something when I jumped it off?
I now have the following codes/issues:
The bucket will not move at all.
2016 Caterpillar 289D
1800 hrs TT
CAT0289DTTAW04903
ANY guidance would be appreciated!
