does any one here have experience with these excavator attachments?

My concerns center around the leverage and forces involved and the stick. The project involves tunneling, so much of the work be 15 feet above the floor.
I have contacted Alpine and only received a automatic email response, so I am also concerned that the company
may be going through some transitions as much of there work is, (was), in mining.
