From what I used to work at the Nuke.
T is Training Week, D is Days N is Nights 12 hr shifts, A is 8 hour Day relief where can be used ANYWHERE in the operations needs. Scheduled out FOUR Years to be able to track needs by Crew.

By Crew, I was on Crew 1, just follow down the line under the Letter to the given Calendar Day as to what would be working. Empty days were open to canvass for Overtime and could be ANY shift. Red Calendar days, Holidays. Is called a Six Section(Week) Schedule.
