anyone know if the hyd. fan is variable speed or constant fan not turning very fast and what is the system pressure of the fan

First thought. Cooler bypass valve stuck open.?
Has the fan circuit filter been changed recently.?
With everything at normal operating temperature the system pressure should be around 1785psi which is the relief setting for the fan circuit and if you have a tachometer the fan should be turning at between 1300-1350 RPM.
