Well..After many decades of faithful service I finally have a problem with my little 922A loader. Between old age and excessive wear the front drive axle has rubbed a hole in one of the steel oil tubes of one of the lift cylinders. I am going to take it off and try to TIG a patch over it,then shim the axle trunion and the anchor point of the cylinder after the weld repair. In case it works out to be more extensive than I can see, does anyone have a lead on a good boom lift cylinder for a 1964 CAT 922A?
