690e lc hydraulic pump won't engage

I have a 690e and it ran low on hydraulic fluid and went into limp mode just idles and hydraulics won't move. It has done this before and I just add oil and it's good to go. So I did that and now all the electric works but the pump won't engage. It's like I didn't put the saftey lever thing down. Throttle moves, all mode work, just won't move. Do I need to reset a computer or something or is it a fuse?
