IMHO, cutting edge bolts are not worth the effort required to save them. Order new and torch em' Mel

Try to remove them & see. Sometimes they will come & sometimes not - if they don't come out, chances are you will need a new bolt anyhow. There is a square recess in the edge to match the bolts, so they shouldn't spin. I always use air tools to do the job.
TIP - when you fit an edge try to choose a bolt that just pokes through the nut when tightened or cut the excess off when tightened - they will always undo when you want to turn an edge in the future. ;)

Another tip osrf29 - when you start a thread, title it with your model & brief description of your problem - it will be a help when doing searches or for reference :)
