580 se brakes

    I have early 580SE s/n 9078106 dry brakes i guess , my wuestion is are there brake pads available , are they seperate from e brake pad? It seems my ebrake works ok but tegular brakes not so good, just got this machine, need some help , adjusting or changing pads.

    The important S/N is underneath just inside the right rear wheel.
    Is that where this came from? It may need to be 8 characters.
    Is the emergency brake a disc on the outside that you can see?
