450 on a lowbed

Attention BCers in particular due to transport regs.

To move a 450 on a lowbed in BC do I need to pull off both buckets or counterweight to clear weight restrictions?

Pretty sure both buckets and counter weight. Plus on a rail lowbed with the tracks narrowed. Thats with 8 axles.
