we have a 700 hour U55s, we think out of Canada, [korean manuf, we believe]that has suddenly developed a key issue. 5 days ago we had intermittent engine shutdown. After isolation switch off for 10 mins the engine started but shutdown reoccurred after short time. went through same isolation switch procedure and unit run ok till end of shift. 2 days ago, after non use, machine shutdown again after 5 minutes, this time cannot be started. Message on screen indicates reset Aux 1 and Aux 2 and auto idle. no combination of red and black keys will work. wondering if anyone has had similar problem and has a solution. U55 is fitted with factory security device and wondering if this has triggered electronics after numerous attempts to start. we have got into diagnostic screen and emergency start option does not respond.....dealer/manufacturer can't supply code .......................screen after black key insert and switch on [photo1]
