2013 John Deere 750k new injectors and EGR got deleted.

Evening folks, newbie over here . I'm having issues with a 750k just got new injectors installed and the whole egr system has been deleted. It used to run a little rough when cold. Since the new injectors in 2 days ago still rough on cold start. I'm wondering if it's running to rich? Paid a guy from john deere and told everything is fine but I think the air/fuel ratio is off? Anyone has any idea?
