I have a 2008 JLG 600S boom lift serial#0300120573 that is in great shape. It has started a intermittent problem of not booming up and down, steering or the main boom swinging. It will still drive forward and backwards and basket tilt and pivot controls work fine. I can hear and feel the fluid moving through the return line when trying to steer, lift or swing the unit like it’s trying to work. We got it stuck swung out a couple of weeks ago so a guy switched some of the hydraulic solenoid connections around on the manifold to make another switch on the panel make it swing around straight. Could it be a stuck valve on the tall hydraulic manifold? When it works, it works fine and strong for some time and then it will just all three functions. it has the 2011 Duetz diesel Please help

It was a bad ground in the harness to the hydraulic solenoids at the tower. It’s fixed now.
