Recently inquired a JLG 450a lift with a diesel motor. 5000 hours. runs great but i have an issue with the joy stick in the basket, when i use the joystick to lift or lower it seems to cut in and out and doesn't wanna lower. also when it lifts it stops and goes and sometimes won't work at all. left and right swing function work. all the ground functions for lift work awesome. just seems like joystick lift for boom up and down are my issues. any ideas?

Have you attempted to increase the function speed dial? What is the dial set on now?
