1998 international 4700 with juice brakes. new master cylinder. New front calipers. New front rubber brake hoses

problem is when driving the brakes will slowly apply themselves without touching the brake pedal and eventually stop the truck. Only way to move the truck again is to release the pressure in the front calipers through the bleeder screws. Then its fine again. Happens here and there hot or cold weather if that matters. any ideas?

Check the free play on the rode going to the master cylinder under the dash. There should be about an 1/8 of an inch.

A buddy had this problem and i am think the master cylinder was over full or some how it wasnt venting or something but after he had to loosen the bleeders 6 or more times it stoped happening. He also replaced alot of parts.
