Hey guys I am gaugeing interest in my old 88 Chevy. The truck runs great new top end, with rebuuilt TBI new aluminum Edelbrock intake, ported and blended heads. Newer GM rebuilt 454 bored 30 over (I believe) data plate is on the side of block. AHs about 70K on it.
All new drivline, less than 5K miles on all of it, Carrier bearing, rear section of drive shaft, spicer ujoints, new Yukon gears switched to 3.71 from 4.10. Rebuilt tranny all new parts and new clutch. New Hankook tires all around less than 5K miles on them.
Bradford Flatbed, in great shape, twin 5"stacks with true dual 3" exhaust into Flowmaster 40 series mufflers.
Interior is very clean the truck is loaded power windows and locks I added a tach on the cloumn. ODO does NOT work, it quite on me. The chassis has about 300K on it, the motor about 70K on it. Truck starts right up after sittin for months.
I love this old truck and if sells cool, if not I am over it. I was plannin a cummins swap but I have found another truck I would like to do the swap too. The truck has been very faithfull and never let me down. But it has been sttin for 2 years now with me being in Iraq, my dad is driving it once a weak to keep it healthy, I just can't stand to see it sit around all the time, as I do not have enough time for it. The truck is a true monster and will not disapoint when a trialer is hooked up.
Asking 6500 truck, welder and bed. 4500 truck and bed no welder, 4000 for the truck no bed no welder.
