160M2 wont shift into F or R

When changing directions the machine wont move, r and f flash on the screen either 1 or 2 gear. First time running a rental. Is there something I am not doing, used it all day and had this happen several times. What am I doing wrong?

Is it giving a code on the little screen to your right when this happens

Check your seat switch. the flashing fwd or rev means it is waiting for some safety input before it moves

The park brake does not release every time. Eventually it would release and everything worked as it should.
